Our First Outing

Additional Update.  8/14/12:  Zachary now weighs 8 lbs even!  He is clearly growing in awesomeness. We're also getting more and more alert.  About 2 hours of playful in the morning and three in the afternoon.  Otherwise, Zach is the sleepiest guy ever.  Parents not unhappy about that. 

Message from Mommy

Heroic Zachary!  Two night straight of sleeping through the night!  Go to bed at 9pm.  Feed at 12am, 3am and 6am.  He sleeps all the way through the in between.  I feel like we're getting away with something!  Then dad whisks him away from 7-10 and I sleep.  Yay resting, but I'm no so sure that I'm caught up from the three days of wakefulness.  He's worth it.  Keep it up Zachary.

Hi All!

Rachel and I are still in shock that our family is now population 3!  God has been very kind to us and we'd like to thank Him for giving us this child.  If you're interested in keeping up with little Zachary's development, this is your home!  Especially, if you live in KS, but sorry, you can't reach through the screen.  There are flights for that!  We are so grateful for every one's support, love and gifts.  The food has been wonderful and the fact that so may people care about our family is very meaningful.  We've loving this changing life and invite you to enjoy the growing child.

First Bath!  August 10th.  Success!  The Cord is still there so just a sponge bath.

Zachary's Grand Entrance

Born 8-4-12 at 5:12 pm.  7lbs 6 oz.  20.25 in long. 

Zachary Charles:
Zachary means "The Lord Remembers" and Charles means "man."  In aggregate, the Lord Remembers Man.

2 Minutes Old.  That was a rough trip!
